Congratulations bride-to-be! You’ve purchased an incredible heirloom bouquet or boutonniere for your special day - something you’ll get to treasure forever.

Please carefully read the below care instructions to help ensure your piece lasts forever (and ever).

Unboxing & handling your bouquet

Please wash your hands thoroughly before touching the bouquet handle, to avoid getting marks or stains on it. I recommend using gloves or some tissue paper when handling wherever possible.

Please remember that while the bouquets are handmade and sturdy, they are still a fragile item. Please don’t drop, throw, shake or handle roughly.

Please do not pick up your bouquet by the top, only use the handle.

I would LOVE if you shared your unboxing experience with me on TikTok!

Travelling with your bouquet - IMPORTANT

If you’re having a destination wedding and need your bouquet to travel with you, please safely package it the way it arrived, and keep it in your carry-on luggage if possible to ensure a smooth ride.

I recommend taking photos/ videos so you can remember how it arrived for safe re-packaging. Unfortunately, I cannot provide any compensation if the bouquet is damaged in further transit once you have accepted delivery.

If your bouquet arrives damaged

While every care is taken to safely ship your bouquet, accidents can happen in transit, this is why I include a requirement for signature on delivery, and insure each bouquet for the full purchase price (in AUD).

If you find your item is damaged when it arrives, please follow these steps as soon as possible.

  1. Take plenty of photos - of the packaging (outer and inner box), of the damage, and of the item as a whole. Ensure they are very clear and in a well-lit area.

  2. Visit helpandsupport.auspost.com.au/s/delivery-issue and lodge a “Item was Damaged” claim.

Your tracking number will appear on the outer shipping box, please email me at treasuresuntoldau@gmail.com if you are unable to find it.

  3. You will need to upload your photos and provide information. You will be able to claim the full purchase amount, less shipping.

  4. Email me at treasuresuntoldau@gmail.com to let me know what happened, include the claim number and a description. I will help you however I can.

Displaying your bouquet after the big day

I recommend purchasing a bouquet display stand for your keepsake bridal bouquet.

I encourage you to find a local florist who stocks them and support another small business like mine; we all do a little happy dance every time someone buys from us!

Cleaning your bouquet

Use a damp microfibre cloth to gently wipe away dust, and you can use a feather duster to reach the more difficult places.

Your bouquet is curated using flexible, permanent water-proof adhesive and sealed with a coat of clear varnish to ensure longevity and enhance the bright colours, however you should not submerge your bouquet in water or use any soap or chemicals.

Your seashell flowers are secured to high-quality florist wire, if one moves out of place during cleaning, you can GENTLY move it back into place. Please do not pull or tug hard, as this may displace multiple stems or bend the wire incorrectly.

Sunlight exposure

Because I use real seashells, over exposure to direct sunlight may cause some colour fading over time, just like in nature.

You can minimise this by displaying your bouquet in a shady spot where possible.
