You can choose to accept the quote and pay your 50% deposit, or you can decline and the spot will open up for another bride
Due to high demand, if I am not able to get a response from you about your order after reasonable attempts to reach you, your spot may be offered to another bride.
The holding deposit is non-refundable, and will be applied to your final quote.
If I decline to complete the order, you are entitled to a full refund.

All bouquet orders include Express Shipping, are fully insured, and require signature on delivery for peace of mind.

Extra large/ special details Bridal Bouquet starting from $1,600 AUD
Bride & Her Bestie - Large Bridal Bouquet and matching Maid of Honour Bouquet starting from $2,200 AUD (add matching Bridesmaid bouquets from $800 AUD ea)
You can also choose to add custom bridal seashell hair accessories, best man/ groomsman boutonnieres, and flower girl seashell baskets - price to be given at the time of quoting.

Important information about commission bookings
It is very important that I’m able to reach you throughout the commission process once I have started creating your piece. I am happy to communicate through either email, or Instagram DMs - all Instagram conversations will be screenshotted for me to refer back to. They will not be shared with any identifying information.
If I am unable to reach you to show you a the first look of the bouquet after reasonable attempts, I will proceed with finishing the bouquet without your consultation to ensure it is completed by the deadline. After this point, it is not possible to make changes to the bouquet. If I am still unable to reach you to finalise payment, your piece will not be shipped and may not arrive on time. There are no refunds of the deposit, and I retain the right to resell the piece if it is not paid in full by the agreed upon date.
