How it works

• Commission bouquets are handmade to order, therefore I accept bookings well in advance

• Custom orders take 4-6 weeks to create, this does not include shipping time

• There are very limited places each month, so please consider booking early

• There is a 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure your booking, with the remainder due when you’re happy with the piece and before it will be shipped.

• Receiving a quote places a temporary hold on your custom spot, if you choose not to proceed by the specified date, your spot will be offered to another bride.

• Custom Orders require Express Shipping, and will include full insurance and signature on delivery.

• I can ship worldwide for Commission Orders; please visit the Shipping and Customs page if you are not located within Australia, NZ, UK, USA, Canada or Singapore, as you will need to check with your country’s Border Control if the shells can enter your country.
