Order Processing

All pieces for sale are ready-to-ship. .
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

For commission orders, processing times will be confirmed with you before production begins.

Shipping From

All items are shipped from Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

Shipping Destinations

We offer international shipping to selected countries including Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada and the UK.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Size and weight of the total order

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch, does not include processing times):

Standard Shipping:

  • Australia: 1-10 business days

  • International: 3-25 business days (varies by location)

Express Shipping:

  • Australia: 1-3 business days

  • International: 3-6 business days (varies by location)

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, postal delays, or peak periods. Please allow plenty of time before your special occasion, as I cannot be responsible for delays or offer refunds if an order does not arrive in time.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply depending on your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Packaging & Fragile Items

All bouquets and sculptures are carefully packaged using protective materials suitable for fragile items.

Despite careful packaging, once an item has been shipped, delays or handling during transit are outside our control.

Tracking & Delivery

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind

Due to the fragile, handmade, and often custom nature of our seashell artworks:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind

Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Custom & Bridal Orders

Custom-made and ready-to-ship items, including bridal bouquets, are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Arrival Times

Shipping times are estimated based on Australia Post website information.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the packaging and damage

In some cases, Australia Post requires the recipient to lodge a damage claim. We will guide you through this process and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We will assess the situation and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major faults, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
